Why can’t I find Pink Bunny Co. apps on Amazon tablets?
We’re sorry, but we have removed My Daily Helper from the Amazon Appstore. The Android system requirements used by our current app are not compatible with the Amazon Fire tablets we would need to support. Google Play is our current app distribution platform. We may revisit Amazon support, but there is no release date to announce.
Where can I download your apps?
My Daily Helper is available on Google Play. Check the listing for compatibility with your device before purchasing or downloading. Visit Digital Products for published availability information about our apps; an FAQ section does not mean an app has been released.
How do I report a problem or suggest a feature?
Use our Report an App Issue form for problems or share a feature idea. Include the app name, version, device model, and what happened. For a problem, tell us the steps that led to it. Please leave out passwords, private records, and other sensitive personal information.
Do these apps replace professional care or supervision?
Our apps are everyday support tools. They do not replace professional advice, treatment, emergency services, or appropriate supervision. Choose activities and settings that suit the person using them.
My Daily Helper
Communication, routines, learning, and everyday support.
Who is My Daily Helper designed for?
My Daily Helper supports people with different communication, learning, sensory, and daily living needs. Caregivers can personalize available features to suit the user. It includes communication tools, visual routines, learning activities, calming resources, and Helpful Tools.
Does My Daily Helper need an internet connection?
Many everyday features and the included natural voices work on your device without internet. Downloading addons, updating the app, and opening website links need a connection. Maps and directions open through an external map service, whose availability and connection requirements apply.
Can I customize the app for different users?
Yes. Child profiles keep each user’s settings and information separate. The Caregiver section lets you manage profiles, choose features, and adjust the layout and other supports. Check which profile is active before making changes.
How do I back up information or move to another device?
Use Backup & Restore in the Caregiver section to create an encrypted backup. Keep the backup file somewhere safe and remember its password. Transfer that file to the other device and use Restore in My Daily Helper. Pink Bunny Co. cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Check that your information restored successfully before removing the original app or data.
How do I restore an included story, card pack, schedule, or audio file?
Visit My Daily Helper Addons. Resources marked Included in My Daily Helper are supplied with the app and are also offered there so you can restore them if removed. Download the resource and open its “How to add” instructions for the current app.
Why aren’t reminders arriving on time?
Check that notifications are allowed for My Daily Helper, the relevant timer or reminder is enabled for the active profile, and the device’s date and time are correct. Review Quiet Hours, School Mode, and device battery restrictions. Settings can pause or delay reminders; user-created timers may ask whether alerts should sound during Quiet Hours.
What does School Mode do?
School Mode lets a caregiver set school days and hours and choose which features the user can access during that time. Related reminders can be paused when their features are restricted. Review the choices for individual tools as well as the main feature sections.
Can I change the speaking voice?
Yes. In the Caregiver section, open Care & Learning → Communication Settings → Voice & Speech. The app includes Natural Female and Natural Male voices. Voice preparation and response time can vary by device.
How does My Maps work?
My Maps starts disabled. A caregiver can enable it and add approved places. The user can request directions from their current location to those places through an external map service. My Daily Helper does not provide its own navigation or guarantee that someone will arrive safely.
My Token Board
Personalize a board and celebrate progress.
What is My Token Board?
My Token Board is a customizable visual board for collecting tokens toward a goal. Use Options to change the title, choose between 1 and 20 slots, and personalize the board and token pictures. It has a simple Options section rather than a separate caregiver section.
How do I place or remove tokens?
Choose a token, then tap an empty slot or hold the token briefly and drag it onto the board. It snaps into an empty slot. You can move placed tokens or tap a placed token to remove it. Swipe normally to browse the token tray; hold briefly only when you want to drag.
Can I use my own token pictures and board background?
Yes. Open Options and use Upload Board Background or Add Token Image. Board Selection and Token Selection organize the available pictures into expandable categories. The built-in collection includes all 18 Daily Helper Friends and three Helper Hollow backgrounds. There is no fixed limit on uploaded token pictures; available device storage determines how many you can keep.
Can I hide a token without deleting it?
Yes. Disable it in Token Selection to keep it saved while removing it from available choices and Random. Keep at least one token enabled. Tokens already placed on the board keep their appearance.
How does Random work?
Random appears at the end of the token choices and selects an enabled token for each new placement. Repeats are possible. Moving an already placed token keeps its picture.
How do I reset the board or turn sounds off?
Choose Reset on the main screen and confirm to clear earned tokens, or choose Keep Board to cancel. You can turn the app’s sound effects off in Options.
Does my board save, and can I transfer it?
Board progress and settings save locally and remain when you reopen the app. Print Board & Tokens can export a printable PDF, but it is not a restorable app backup. Uninstalling the app removes local boards and images. It is separate from My Daily Helper and does not share its profiles or backups.
Can I use more than one board at a time?
Yes. My Boards lets you create, name, duplicate, open, close, or delete boards. Open boards keep separate progress and settings. Choose All Open to view them together, or Focus to work on one. Closing keeps a board saved; deleting removes it. A duplicate copies the setup and starts with empty progress.
Choose Create Board for a short setup guide: name, background, circle placement, token, and optional reward. For a saved board, open Options → Board Setup. Drag circles or select one and use the arrows. Circles stay inside the board and cannot overlap. The same arrangement is used in portrait, landscape, and printing.
Can I show the reward and customize celebrations?
In a board’s Options, enter a reward name and choose a reward picture. You can control celebration animation and completion sound separately. A completed board offers Keep My Board or Start Again.
Can I print my board and tokens?
Open the board’s Options and select Print Board & Tokens. Android’s print window lets you choose a configured printer or Save as PDF. The two-page output contains an empty board with its goal and reward, plus matching cut-out tokens. Printing does not change earned progress. Random prints a selection from the enabled pictures. The PDF is for paper use and cannot restore app data.
My Volume Level
Understand room loudness and personalize reminders.
What does My Volume Level measure?
It shows relative microphone loudness on a 0–100 scale. It is not a calibrated decibel meter or hearing-safety instrument. Readings vary with the device, microphone position, and room. Adjust the maximum in the space where you plan to use it.
What happens when the room gets too loud?
While listening is on, sustained loudness at the selected maximum triggers your reminder. After the chosen quiet-recovery time (five seconds by default), the visible countdown finishes and the popup closes. The app keeps monitoring until you stop listening; louder sound restarts the countdown.
Can I customize the reminder?
Yes. Options lets you change the loudness maximum, displayed message, and reminder pictures. You can add up to ten pictures; multiple pictures rotate while the alert is active. Choose an alert delay and quiet-recovery time in Options. Optional vibration works on supported devices. Test Reminder previews your pictures, message, and enabled speech or vibration without making loud noise.
Can the reminder speak aloud?
Yes. Enable the optional spoken alert in Options and customize its message. The default is “Please Be Quiet. It’s Too Loud.” It uses the device’s speech engine and media volume and speaks once per alert. The microphone may also pick up that spoken reminder.
Does it record or upload conversations?
No room audio is saved or uploaded. The microphone is used to measure loudness while monitoring is active. You must allow microphone access to start listening.
Does it keep listening when I leave the app?
No. Monitoring pauses when the app is no longer visible or when Options or Help is open. It resumes when you return if listening is still enabled. Choose Stop Listening when you want to end monitoring.
Are my settings saved?
Settings and imported images stay on the device. This version does not include portable backup or export. Uninstalling removes its local data. My Volume Level is separate from My Daily Helper.
Can I save different limits for different rooms?
Yes. Choose a room preset in Options, adjust the maximum, then select Save Room Preset. Use an existing room name to update its limit or enter a new name. Presets save maximum levels on this device; timing and reminder choices apply across rooms.
How does room setup choose a limit?
Select Set up for this room in Options and allow microphone access. Keep normal room activity going during the ten-second check. The app suggests a maximum based on typical measured loudness plus a small margin. Select Use This Limit to apply it, then adjust or save it as a preset. This is a starting suggestion, not acoustic calibration or a hearing-safety measurement. No audio is saved.
